- 1 Large Avocado – pitted and chopped
- 10oz. of Tuna
- 1 stalk of Celery – Finely chopped
- 2 Tbps. Shallots – Chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic – Minced
- 2 Tbsp. Creamy Horseradish Sauce
- 1/2 cup of Avocado Mayo
- Hot Sauce (to taste)
In a large mixing bowl combine avocado, tuna, celery, shallots, garlic, mayo and creamy horseradish.
Cover the salad, and refrigerate to chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Serve with almond crackers and sliced cheese or a green side salad.
