INGREDIENTS
1 ounce Pisco
1 ounce Remy Martin
1/2 ounce lime juice
2 to 4 ounces sugar-free (or diet) ginger beer
Jamaican No #2 bitters (or Angosturra)
lime slice, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the Pisco, Remy Martin, and lime juice in a copper mug filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and add a couple of drops of bitters.
Garnish with a lime slice.
