Recipe: Deej’s Low Carb Strawberry Cheesecake Bites


  • 4 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Swerve confectioner’s sweetener
  • 1 package (15 count) Athens Graham Cracker Phyllo Shells
  • 10 Fresh strawberries, trimmed in thirds or fourths depending on size

Recipe Directions

  • Mix

    Using a hand mixer cream together cream cheese, sour cream, heavy whipping cream and sweetener.

  • Fill

    Dollop cheesecake filling into phyllo shells. (I leave the shells in the container they came in. This way they all stay upright and travels well.) Place a strawberry piece on top. Enjoy!
